Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
We are happy to exchange on full price items; however, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you would like to make an exchange send us an email at info@oskiandlottie.com.au
Please note, we do not accept returns on pre-order items.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged; unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.
Shipping
To return your product, please mail your product to: PO Box 2129, Malvern East VIC 3145, Australia
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Damaged Goods
